At the initial YEP (Young Emerging Professionals) Conference there was a speaker like Peter Khoury that set the stage for what YEPs are encountering working largely with baby boomer managers and partners. Our goal with Peter is to have some anecdotal, humorous, and practical insight for both millennials and baby boomers who are now coming together in the work place.
